I loved that hotel had very good location and rooms.

There were very uncomfortable beds.

I loved my 10 nights stay. The staff were both attentive and efficient. The English breakfast offered lots of dishes.

Staff and location where very good, I appreciated every detail. The room was incredibly comfortable with two very comfy single beds and had a refrigerator, an electric kettle and a microwave.

Well, the area was extremely busy overall.

We loved our place and would stay there again. Had a relaxing stay on holidays, everything was perfect.

It was great base for travelling to Puerto del Carmen, I was glad to stay there. This accommodation was in the very central location near restaurants and shops. Furthermore, I walked to see La Penita.

We loved the hotel and Puerto del Carmen, had 3 good days there. An electric kettle, a microwave oven and a personal safe inside the superior apartment were handy...

The staff were helpful, the breakfast was fine and everything was fine. I enjoyed the room, the bed was comfortable. The outdoor bar was good and the drinks were hot.

We had an excellent stay in Puerto del Carmen. There were a work desk, a TV with satellite channels and a seating area in the room, loved that. Late check out. Great pool and sand beach.

Think that this imposing hotel is beyond compare, loved it. Large breakfast, newly furnished room, very good value for money. And it's 0.5 km from Lanzarote airport.

Reasonably spacious excellent value hotel with an unbeatable location so close to beach and restaurants and many good quality restaurants and soon great bars.

Enjoyed staff and amenities, they were good. Our room had a great bed and a fantastic view.

Simple location, cheerful staff, a lot of food for the continental breakfast.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was terrible.

Staff where really awesome, breakfast was really tasty, and location was UNBELIEVABLE. Located adjacent to the local beach.

We had a really good stay at this popular hotel. Immaculately clean venue with fabulous central location too near the bars. Swimming pool was very clean too, greatly enjoyed it.

Super location, standard decor. You could walk to shops and supermarket. Moreover, penita and other places worth exploring were walking distance to the hotel. Plenty of delicious food for meals.

Pretty much what I expected: attractive hotel, reasonably priced. There were superb staff and location for a very positive stay. Romantic view of mountain. Kindness from the whole staff.

Everything was wonderful except the room that should be cleaned.

Not the cheapest one but very good value for money. The staff were particularly pleasant, breakfast was amazingly good and location was fab. They made my stay exceptional. I enjoyed a central restaurant with a vegetarian menu.

We loved everything, it was so good. Brilliant stuff providing welcoming service.

Convenient access to restaurants and bars. There was a clean pool on site: )
